Each week, we will review a specific lift and breakdown all of the finer details, in order to safely improve your performance.  

Prevent Injury

Learn how to properly brace, breathe and create stability during your lifts to avoid pain!

Maximize Your Time

Get educated on how to get the most out of your time at the gym.  We will progress through proper warm-up routines and important exercises for each lift to help prime the system and prepare for each workout.

Positive Environment
